As Creative Director, you will play a dual role as a cultural steward and hands-on leader. In the short term, this role requires rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional work, while simultaneously building a foundation for a thriving multidisciplinary creative and design team.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, technology, and client services to deliver bold ideas and transformational results, foster a culture of excellence, and lead Your Majesty into an exciting new chapter as part of Infinum.
Set the Vision: Define and communicate a creative vision that inspires teams and aligns with client goals.
Own the Work: Lead creative projects from strategy through execution, ensuring unparalleled quality across all deliverables.
Shape Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine service offerings and creative philosophies that establish Your Majesty as an industry leader.
Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, driving confidence in our creative leadership.
Develop Business: Partner with leadership to integrate creative and design into marketing, lead generation, pitches, proposals, and uncover new opportunities.
Build the Team: Nurture talent, collaborate with freelancers, and lay the groundwork for a strong internal creative team.
Be a Thought Leader: Represent Your Majesty through your preferred medium (speaking, writing, video, etc.), sharing insights that shape the industry.
You’re a visionary who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and innovation. You’re just as comfortable crafting exceptional work as you are mentoring a team in uncharted territory or pitching bold ideas to a client.
Your qualifications should show
7+ years in a Creative Director or similar role, preferably in an agency or design-focused company.
Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring, managing, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
A portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, storytelling, cross-platform creative, and motion/video content.
Confidence working with senior clients and presenting creative concepts at a high level.
Experience managing cross-office or freelance teams and planning for team growth.
Keen interest in leveraging AI in the creative process.
